Aflac is designed to pay benefits directly to you to help you with out of pocket expenses. Rates are locked in at the time you enroll in a plan and you are able to continue your Aflac plans at the same discounted rates even after you retire.

Reminder: The past BSO contribution of $14.04 monthly towards the Aflac Cancer plan premiums will cease for the 2023 Calendar year.
